We are a friendly village club located in North Oxfordshire close to the borders of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
We currently field two senior league sides which will play in Divisions Two and Seven of the Cherwell League following a succesful season in 2012 when the first team won division Three to take the club to its highest ever level. In addition to this we also play in the local midweek and indoor leagues.
During the 2013 season we are also competing in the South Northants Junior Cricket League at under 15, 13 and 11 age groups.
The club is always looking to recruit new players, scorers, umpires, and social members, or why not just drop in during the season at our ground in Williamscote Road.
We play on the Banbury Sports Ground, situated off Horton View which runs between the Horton Hospital entrance on the Oxford Road and the Banbury School entrance along Springfield Avenue. Our tennis facility consists of six ‘all weather’ courts and a single room clubhouse. Two of the courts are floodlit and are used for club nights during the winter.
Tennis club members are able to use the adjacent pavilion facilities that include toilets, showers, and Bowls Club bar and lounge.
Club nights are on Tuesday and Friday evenings from 6pm. New members and visitors are always welcome!
