Following on from the immensely successful National Funerals conference in 2015, we are delighted to say that this bi-annual event is happening again in June 2017 in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.
Speakers will include the leading American writer on funeral ministry, Thomas Lynch, who specialises in teaching and research around preaching and death. There will be opportunities to share good practice, hear stimulating debate and conversation and engage with the wider funeral industry.
The conference is open to clergy and readers.

Please find attached the results of the Rural Consultations completed last year. Please note that this conveys the range of suggestions which came out of the consultations, and is a discussion document for churches, benefices, deaneries and the wider Diocese to now consider. It may be that some suggestions resonate and can be applied immediately. Others will need more discussion.
We hope to have a further round of consultations next year to feed back on the progress of discussions at all levels, but if you wish to share any thoughts before then please email Morris Rodham, Archdeacon Missioner, using the link below.
